The following sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods via an AScon Business Services managed web portal. The conditions apply in the case where no other written agreements have been entered into between the buyer and Provinsbyer.dk/AScon Business Services.
Payment of the item
www.provinsbyer.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close for trade due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop at www.provinsbyer.dk and associated brands**, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.
You choose the goods or services you want to buy. You can correct your order right up to the actual time of payment, and you can regularly check the content and the price of the goods in your basket.
Any extra payments for eg. freight and payment card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
You can change the content of the order until you confirm your purchase by accepting and completing the payment. Then your order goes on to Provinsbyer.dk via www.provinsbyer.dk
The money will only be deducted from your payment card after the order has been completed. In the event of cancellation of an event by the provider, the value of tickets will be returned on the card they were paid with.
Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation
Every time you order a service through www.provinsbyer.dk, we send an order confirmation to you as a customer and an order to the provider you buy the service from.
For hotel reservations, the order confirmation will be proof of your reservation and must be brought on arrival. *
If you have purchased tickets, you will have the opportunity to print these tickets via the website immediately after your purchase. You will also always be able to reprint your tickets via a link in your order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation within 1 hour of your order, please contact us by email or phone HERE. You can check your spam filter before contacting us.
Delivery responsibility
When buying products and services such as tickets, hotel booking * etc. via one of Provinsbyer.dk's web portals, it is Provinsbyer.dk that is responsible for the service being delivered and for any objections from customers. In the event of cancellation of an event by the provider, the value of the tickets will be returned on the card they were paid with.

Right of withdrawal
You automatically waive the right of distribution at Provinsbyer.dk when the purchase of tickets for cultural events and hotel stays* is completed.
Personal Data Act
To be able to shop at www.provinsbyer.dk, you must at least state: E-mail address.
The above data is stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.
Information is not passed on or sold to third parties unless this is in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.
As a customer, you have the opportunity for insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Act on the processing of personal data and inquiries in this connection are directed to www.provinsbyer.dk via e- mail

Price and payment
At Provinsbyer.dk, it is possible to pay with Dankort, Danish and international VISA and Mastercard.
A transaction fee is charged according to the applicable rates for online payment via Bambora.
Law and venue
Purchases of goods and services on www.provinsbyer.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts.
